I have never done needlepoint. Where should I start?
Start with one of our kits. Each one has a printed canvas, the right threads, a needle and a step by step guide. If you can follow the colors, you can stitch it!
What does "13 mesh" or "18 mesh" mean?
Mesh is how many holes there are per inch of canvas. 13 mesh has bigger holes and works up faster, which makes it great for beginners. 18 mesh is finer and shows more detail.
Do I need stretcher bars?
They are not required, but they keep your canvas tight and your stitches even. Our mini stretcher bars come in packs of 4 of one length; get one pack for your canvas width and one for its height.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $70. Otherwise it is calculated at checkout. More on our shipping page.
Can I return something?
All sales are final, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged, email us and we will make it right. See shipping and returns.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
